SEVERAL Croatia players appeared to get over their World Cup heartbreak by pulling an all-nighter after their defeat to France.
Goals from Antoine Griezmann, Paul Pogba and Kylian Mbappe helped crown Les Bleus world champs with a 4-2 victory over the Balkan nation.
Croatia had drawn level to one apiece through Ivan Perisic after falling behind to Mario Mandzukic’s own goal before a controversial penalty decision saw them slip behind before the break.
They collapsed after half-time as France began to run riot until Manduzukic pounced on a Hugo Lloris mistake for a late consolation.
Naturally Luka Modric and Co were devastated to miss out on glory – and it appears some of his team-mates had trouble sleeping.
So instead they decided to stay up together all night and party.
And they were happy to share their antics from the team hotel with their millions of followers on Instagram.
Defenders Sime Vrsaljko, Vedran Corluka, Milan Badelj and forward Mateo Kovacic were the stars of the show as fans revelled in their antics.
Atletico Madrid ace Vrsaljko was the man behind the camera as he went live on Instagram to show his bleary-eyed colleagues singing and dancing in what appeared to be the breakfast room of the hotel.
The foursome, draped in Croatian hats and with napkins on their head, kept up the chanting for over six minutes while whetting their whistles mid-tune by taking sips from a tea cup and bottles of water.

Corluka then used his Instagram to share a video of his tired colleagues continuing to try to keep the spirits high as several members of the slightly-more subdued Croatian FA staff watched on.
The whole squad are national heroes in their homeland, which only has a population of just over four million people, after their exploits in Russia.
But after the disappointment of yesterday, let’s hope the players do not suffer too much of a World Cup hangover.
